Employment in St. Louis!

Good news!! Allie was offered a job at California Pizza Kitchen a few days ago and will be starting early next week as a server! The people she interviewed with seemed really fun and outgoing, so she is excited. AND like her career as a hotdogger, apparently CPK employees stick around for a while too! The management team who interviewed her have all been with the company anywhere from six-fifteen YEARS! It may be a good job to keep when she gets back to Utah, BECAUSE they offer really great insurance benefits to their employees as well as a 401K plan! 

We are off to Cedar Rapids this weekend for Easter with Mom and Dad B, and are looking forward to the visit! Unfortunately, Miles can't come, since they don't allow pets, so our friends here are going to dog-sit for the weekend! Don't worry, they are BEYOND excited and impressed by our very lazy cute pup!

New beginnings in St. Louis with the Newlyweds!

Hey everyone! We are so excited to finally be blogging! As though facebook wasn't enough, or if you don't have it, now you can keep up with us on our blog! 

Jon and I got married March 21st and had a great honeymoon in Las Vegas! We went to a couples spa and had a full body massage as well as facials! It was fantastic! We ate out a lot and saw some of our friends from Texas, and....well you know. We were able to spend some time with my brother Ross and his girlfriend as well! All in all, it was a fantastic following to the best most perfect day of our lives thus far! 

We are now in St Louis Missouri, staying in a hotel..Yes a hotel. There was a mix-up with the girl who was in charge of furniture, so our apartment is naked right now. Though, we were able to get the keys and look around and it is AMAZING! It will be a great and interesting five months! Jon applied to SLCC just before we left and his acceptance letter arrived in Salt Lake today via mail, and is in the process of being forwarded to us! We will be attending together in the fall :) we can't wait! Looks like the big man on campus finally decided that he is not too important for little ol' community college after all :)
